The vision of Cyber.i is to become a leading regional IT education and training centre and a hub of IT manpower supply through partnership collaboration between academics and the IT industry.

Cyber.i provides high quality, market-driven IT education and training programmes in an excellent learning environment. It will help bridge the gap between the demand and supply of IT talents, and promote research and development in IT and its applications.

Collaboration with Industry

A unique feature of Cyber.i is the synergy generated from the collaboration between academics and the IT industry. The University provides academic accreditation and high quality of teaching and research through its various schools and departments. Industrial Partners provide specific technologies as well as connections to the business world for practical applications and placement opportunities. The mix of academic programmes and industrial IT products and experience provides greater opportunities for students under the one institute.

The Industrial Partners will support the ongoing development and operations of Cyber.i. They contribute to the direction of development, courseware, software, hardware, scholarships as well as placement opportunities.
